Pastor Matthew comes to Grace having served as a high school history teacher at a Christian School in Greenwood, SC followed by Youth Ministry work where he received God's call to the pastorate.  Having completed his M.Div. degree at Covenant Theological Seminary, in St. Louis, MO,  Matthew was ordained by the Presbytery of Northwest Georgia of the PCA, June 18, 2017.  Matthew was called as solo pastor of Grace church in January 2018.  Matthew and his wife, Sarah love their home state South Carolina but are so happy God has called them to Polk County.  Matthew is energetic. likable and easy to get to know.
